Summary

This coffee comes from the Miwu area near Mount Elgon in eastern Uganda, the first Ugandan coffee in our roastery. Grown at 1,800–2,200 meters, it reveals a classic East African profile – clean, calm and well-balanced. In the cup you find red berry acidity, plums, black tea and a light burnt caramel note. It is a pleasant, versatile and very everyday coffee that is easy to drink – it will appeal to both coffee beginners and flavor explorers. The Coffee Gardens initiative works with local farmers to ensure transparency and quality. Processed using the washed method, using SL14, SL34 and Nyasaland varieties.
