Summary
Single-origin specialty canephora (fine Robusta) coffee from Reza Nurullah, grown at 850 meters above sea level in Jlegong Village, Temanggung, Central Java, Indonesia. Combines two high-quality canephora varieties (BP and Tugusari) processed with a modern lactic natural fermentation method. Harvest 2025. Sensory profile: creamy mouthfeel, soft and rounded acidity, red fruit and tropical fruit, with a medium to full body. Recommended for both espresso (from 10 days after roast) and filter (from 5 days after roast), best consumed within six weeks of roasting.
