Summary
A single-origin Robusta coffee from Kerehaklu Estate in Chikmagalur, India, run by father-and-son team Ajoy and Pranoy Thipaiah. The 97-hectare farm grows coffee within dense old rainforest, while Pranoy applies a scientific, biology-based approach to processing and quality development. Processed as anoxically fermented natural, grown at 1200 m.a.s.l., harvested in 2025. Flavour notes of pomegranate, cherry and agave syrup with a medium-full mouthfeel.
