Summary
A Panamanian Geisha coffee from Iris Estate, produced by Jamison Savage in the Volcan region of Chiriqui, Panama. The Green Tip Geisha variety was processed using a Natural Anaerobic method, with cherries fermented in sealed stainless steel tanks for over 100 hours and dried on raised beds for approximately 30 days. The coffee offers flavour notes of jasmine, strawberry, dried mango, and clementine.
