Summary
A Kenyan coffee from Rui Ruiru Factory in Mathira, Nyeri County, produced by Mathira North Cooperative in partnership with Torch Coffee. Grown at 1,800-2,000 masl. Varieties include SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11. Processed using Natural Anaerobic method, with slow drying on raised African beds. Flavour notes include strawberry, red grapes, cranberry, dried fig, and fruit florals. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.

Grind: 700-800 microns
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner and let coffee bloom. (30 s)
- 2.Pour 70 ml more, until total 110 ml, by 1 minute 10 seconds.
- 3.Pour 70 ml more, until total 180 ml, within 2 minutes.
- 4.Pour the rest until 225 ml, focusing at the center.
Pre-wet paper filter. If water drains faster than 2:30 or slower than 3:00, adjust grind size.
