Summary
A Green Tip Geisha coffee from Jamison Savage of Savage Coffees, grown in Boquete, Chiriqui, Panama at 1,700-1,800 masl. Processed using Washed Carbonic Maceration, where perfectly ripe cherries were sealed in stainless steel tanks with CO2 introduction for over 100 hours, then washed and dried on raised African beds for about 10 days. The flavour profile features white florals, peach, papaya, honey, and sugarcane. Recommended for filter brewing.
