Panama Geisha coffee from the Altieri Chombi farm, produced by Franz Zeimetz / Altieri Family in Callejon Seco, Boquete, Panama at 1,800 masl. Processed using Natural - Yeast Inoculation method by Lost Origin, the team behind the 2024 World Brewers Cup Champion's coffee. Flavour notes include mandarine, mango, lychee, peach, and white florals. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.

Grind: about 700 to 800 microns
- 1.Pour 40 ml in a circular manner and let the coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 2.Continuing in a circular manner, pour 70 ml more until 110 ml by 1 minute and 10 seconds.
- 3.Still in circles, pour the next 70 ml to make 180 ml within 2 minutes.
- 4.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
If the water drains slower than 3 minutes or faster than 2 minutes and 30 seconds, adjust grind size.
