Summary
Panama Geisha from Lerida Coffee Estate in Alto Quiel, Boquete, produced by the Amoruso family. Processed using the Washed Cold Room method. Grown at 1,800+ masl. Flavour notes include orange blossom, yuzu, pear, papaya, and floral honey. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.

Grind: 650 to 750 microns
- 1.Pour 40 ml in a circular manner; let the coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds.
- 2.Continuing in a circular manner, pour 70 ml more to reach 110 ml by 1 minute 10 seconds.
- 3.Still in circles, pour 70 ml more to make 180 ml within 2 minutes.
- 4.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
Dripping should complete within 2-3:20; if slower than 2:40-3:20, adjust grind size. Pre-wet filter and discard water.
