Summary
A washed Green Tip Geisha coffee from the Janson family's Los Alpes farm located in Tizingal, Tierras Altas, Chiriqui, Panama, grown at 1,750 meters above sea level. This coffee presents flavour notes of mandarine, apple, lychee, raspberry, and mango. The Jansons have been producing award-winning specialty coffees for over three decades, with their Geisha lots frequently recognized at Best of Panama competitions. The coffee is processed using the washed method, with careful hand-picking of ripe cherries and density sorting before fermentation.

Grind: 650 to 750 microns
- 1.Pre-wet the paper filter on the dripper and dispose of the water in the server; place the coffee grounds onto the filter.
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner; let the coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 3.Continuing in a circular manner, pour 70 ml more, until 110 ml, by 1 minute and 10 seconds.
- 4.Still in circles, pour the next 70 ml to make 180 ml within 2 minutes.
- 5.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
If the water drains slower than 2 minutes 40 seconds to 3 minutes 20 seconds, consider adjusting the grind size.
