Panama Geisha coffee from Finca Deborah, produced by Jamison Savage in Volcan, Chiriqui, Panama. Grown at 1,700-1,900 masl. Green Tip Geisha variety. Processed using Natural Koji Fermentation with a Washed Finish. Flavour notes include pineapple, skittles, mandarine, passion fruit, and dark chocolate. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.

Grind: 700-800 microns
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner, then let the coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 2.Continuing in a circular manner, pour 100 ml more, until the total is 140 ml, by 1 minute and 10 seconds.
- 3.Still in circles and gentle circle center, pour the next 100 ml to make 240 ml within 2 minutes.
Adjust grind size if water drains slower than 3 minutes or faster than 2 minutes 30 seconds.
