Summary
A single-origin washed Geisha coffee from Elida Estate Farm in Boquete, Panama, produced by Lamastus Family Estates. Grown at 1,700-1,950 metres above sea level on the slopes of Volcan Baru, it presents flavour notes of lavender, white grapes, honey, and papaya. The coffee undergoes traditional washed processing with extended cool-temperature fermentation, followed by 15-20 days of drying on raised beds. Roasted as a filter roast.
