A washed Geisha coffee from Lamastus Family Estates, Panama, grown at 1,800 masl in the Alto Quiel region of Boquete. The coffee presents flavour notes of coffee flower, yuzu, white peach, pear, and floral honey. It is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.

Grind: 600 to 700 microns
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner. Let coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 1:10Pour 70 ml more in a circular manner, until 110 ml.
- 2:00Still in circles, pour 70 ml more, until 180 ml.
- 4.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
Pre-wet paper filter. If drain time is slower than 2:40 or faster than 3:20, adjust grind size.
