Summary
This Panama Geisha coffee from producer Marcus Duran comes from Finca Lorayne farm located in El Santo, Boquete, at 1,750 masl altitude. The Green Tip Geisha variety is processed using Washed Ferment Mosto method. The cup profile features white florals, yuzu, peach, white grapes, and kiwi. Roasted light and suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods. The farm won 1st Place at the Best of Panama 2024 Geisha Washed category.

Grind: 700-800 microns
- 1.Pour 40 ml in a circular manner.
- 2.Let the coffee bloom. (30 s)
- 1:10Continue in a circular manner, pour 70 ml more to reach 110 ml.
- 2:00Still in circles, pour 70 ml more to reach 180 ml.
- 5.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
Pre-wet the paper filter. Adjust grind size if drain time is outside 2:30-3:00.
