Summary
A Panama Geisha washed coffee from producer Jose Luttrell of Abu Coffee, located in Canas Verdes, Boquete at 1,550 masl. The cherries were de-pulped, macerated with mosto mucilage for 96 hours, fully hand-washed with mountain spring water, and dried on raised beds for 15 days. Flavour notes include coffee blossom, bergamot, pear, and white tea.

Grind: 600 to 700 microns
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner and let the coffee bloom for 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 2.Pour 70 ml more in a circular manner until 110 ml, by 1 minute 10 seconds.
- 3.Pour 70 ml more in a circular manner to make 180 ml within 2 minutes.
- 4.Pour the last pour focusing at the center until 225 ml.
If water drains slower than 2:40-3:20, adjust grind size.
