Summary
This Panama Geisha coffee is produced by Karin De La Rosa at Mt. Totumas Coffee farm in Los Pozos, Volcan, Panama. The Green Tip Geisha variety is grown at 1,800-1,900 masl and processed using Natural Cold Ferment method. Flavour notes include raspberry, mandarine, peach and nectarine. Recommended for filter brewing.

Grind: 650-750 microns
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner.
- 0:00Let the coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 1:10Continuing in a circular manner, pour 70 ml more, until 110 ml.
- 2:00Still in circles, pour the next 70 ml to make 180 ml.
- 5.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
Pre-wet the paper filter on the dripper and dispose of the water. If water drains slower than 2:40-3:20, adjust grind size.
