A washed Geisha coffee from Mario Fonseca Imendia's Mil Cumbres farm in the Cordillera Volcan Paraiso region of Panama, grown at 1,600 to 2,000 meters above sea level. The coffee presents notes of orange blossom, white grapes, bergamot, and floral honey. Mario's Geisha and Pacamara have ranked among the top auction lots at Best of Panama competitions.

- 5.Pour remaining water to 225 ml in the center.
Pre-wet paper filter; adjust grind if dripping slower than 2:40-3:20.
