A specialty coffee from Cafe Granja La Esperanza's farm La Esperanza in Trujillo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Grown at 1,430-1,760 masl. Mandela is a cultivar resulting from cross breeding Colombian Caturra, Timor Hybrid, and Ethiopian landraces. Processed using Natural XO method with extended fermentation and drying times, producing notes of mixed berries, banana liquor, black cherries, cotton fruit, and caramel.
