A Geisha variety coffee from Las Margaritas farm, produced by Rigoberto Herrera of Café Granja La Esperanza in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, at an altitude of 1,570-1,850 masl. Processed using a Hybrid Washed method involving two stages of fermentation. Flavour notes include jasmine tea, pear, floral honey, cherry, and mandarine. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
