Summary
A Panama Geisha coffee from Lamastus Family Estates' Elida Estate, located in Alto Quiel, Boquete at 1,700-1,950 masl. The Green Tip Geisha variety is processed using the traditional natural method, where handpicked cherries are dried on raised beds for up to 30 days, resulting in fruit-forward and sweet qualities. Flavour notes include sweet orange, jasmine, white grapes, apricot, and lanzones. The Lamastus family has won numerous Best of Panama awards and operates four farms in Panama's distinct microclimates.

- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner and let the coffee bloom for 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 0:30Pour 70 ml more in a circular manner, reaching 110 ml by 1 minute and 10 seconds. (40 s)
- 1:10Pour 70 ml more in a circular manner, reaching 180 ml within 2 minutes. (50 s)
- 4.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
If the water drains either slower than 3 minutes or faster than 2 minutes and 30 seconds, consider adjusting your grind size.
