Panama Geisha coffee from Hacienda La Esmeralda, produced by the Peterson Family at Jaramillo Farm in Canas Verdes region. Grown at 1,690 masl. Variety: Geisha. Processed using Washed Cool Ferment method. Flavour notes include white flowers, bergamot, apricot, peach, and floral honey. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.

Grind: 600 to 700 microns
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner and let the coffee bloom for 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 0:30Pour 70 ml more in a circular manner until 110 ml total by 1 minute and 10 seconds. (40 s)
- 1:10Pour 70 ml more in circles until 180 ml total within 2 minutes. (50 s)
- 2:00For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
Pre-wet paper filter on dripper and discard water. If draining slower than 2:40-3:20, adjust grind.
