This coffee from Ethiopia's Sidama Bensa region is produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene of Elto Coffee, sourced from smallholder farmers around Elora Washing Station in Arbegona and Bona Village. The variety is 74158, processed using Natural River Cold Fermentation at an altitude of 2,400 masl. Flavour notes include rambutan, blueberry, peach, floral honey, and ginger ale. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.

Grind: 700 to 800 microns
- 1.Pour 40 ml of water in a circular motion.
- 2.Let the coffee bloom. (30 s)
- 1:10Continue pouring in a circular motion, adding 70 ml of water, until the total reaches 110 ml.
- 2:00Pour another 70 ml of water in circles, to reach 180 ml.
- 5.For the final pour, pour water to 225 ml, focusing at the center.
If the water drains either slower than 3 minutes or faster than 2 minutes and 30 seconds, consider adjusting your grind size.
