Summary
Ethiopia Daye Bensa Rumudamo DFW Archers Lot is a specialty coffee from the Sidama Bensa region, produced by Asefa Dukamo and smallholder farmers of Hamasho Village in the Bombe Mountains. Grown at 2,300-2,400 masl, this coffee is of the 74158 JARC variety and processed using the Dry Ferment Washed method. Flavour notes include white peach, sugarcane, honeydew, and lychee. Daye Bensa Coffee was the 2nd place winner of the 2022 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence.

Grind: 600 to 700 microns
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner; let the coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 2.Continuing in a circular manner, pour 70 ml more until 110 ml, by 1 minute and 10 seconds.
- 3.Still in circles, pour the next 70 ml to make 180 ml within 2 minutes.
- 4.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
Pre-wet the paper filter. If the water drains either slower than 2 minutes and 40 seconds to 3 minutes and 20 seconds, consider adjusting your grind size.
