Grind: 700 to 800 microns
- 0:00Pour 40 ml of water in a circular manner and let the coffee bloom for 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 1:10Pour 70 ml more in a circular manner until the total reaches 110 ml by 1 minute and 10 seconds.
- 2:00Pour 70 ml more in a circular manner to reach 180 ml within 2 minutes.
- 4.For the last pour, focus at the center until the total reaches 225 ml.
Pre-wet the paper filter and discard the water. If the brew drains faster than 2:30 or slower than 3:00, adjust the grind size.
