Summary
This coffee is produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene of Elto Coffee at Elora Washing Station in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. The 74158 variety is grown at 2,400 masl in Arbegona and Bona Village. Processed using the River Flow Washed CF10 method, where cherries are sealed in bags and submerged in running water for anaerobic fermentation. The cup profile presents white peach, lychee, papaya, and mandarine notes.

- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner and let the coffee bloom. (30 s)
- 2.Pour 70 ml in a circular manner until the total water reaches 110 ml, by 1 minute 10 seconds.
- 3.Pour 70 ml in a circular manner to reach 180 ml within 2 minutes.
- 4.Pour at the center until the total water reaches 225 ml.
Pre-wet the paper filter and discard the rinse water. Adjust grind size if draining is faster than 2:30 or slower than 3:00.
