Produced by Julian Holguin Ramos at Inmaculada Coffee Farm in Pichindé, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Grown at 1,700-1,900 masl. This is a rare Sudan Rume variety, processed using the Natural method. The coffee offers flavour notes of nectarine, kiwi, red grapes, and apricot. Inmaculada Coffee Farms use an agroforestry system with shade trees to promote biodiversity and sustainability. Sudan Rume is a rare Arabica variety first recorded on the Boma Plateau in South Sudan in 1941.
