
Colombia - Aroma Nativo Pink Bourbon Efm Lot 1289
Summary
This Colombian coffee comes from the Aroma Nativo project by Luis Marcelino, featuring Pink Bourbon variety grown by smallholder farmers in Acevedo and San Adolfo, Huila as part of the Veci Project. Processed using Honey Double Fermentation: anaerobic fermentation followed by pulping and a second fermentation in barrels with native bacteria and selected yeasts, then dried on raised beds for 15 days. Flavour profile includes mango, lychee, peach, blood orange, passion fruit, and IPA notes.

Grind: 650 to 750 microns
- 1.Pour 40 ml in a circular manner. Let the coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 2.Pour 70 ml more in a circular manner, until 110 ml, by 1 minute and 10 seconds.
- 3.Pour the next 70 ml in a circular manner, to make 180 ml, within 2 minutes.
- 4.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
Pre-wet the paper filter. If the water drains slower than 2:40-3:20, adjust grind size.
