They keep a rotating line-up — new arrivals, limited lots, separate picks for filter and espresso — so there's usually something fresh to chase. The team is deeply rooted in the city, running two spaces (their flagship April plus SP Coffee Shop) and describing the roastery as an extension of how they read Copenhagen itself.
