Kotowa Duncan Eth47
Summary
An extremely rare microlot from the Duncan plot of the legendary Kotowa estate in Panama, managed by producer Ricardo Koyner. The coffee is the ETH47 variety, an Ethiopian heirloom cultivated in Panama, grown in a cool micro-terroir that slowly matures the cherries for intense sweetness and complex acidity. Natural process. The cup opens with a distinctive grapefruit body and vibrant lavender florals, rounded out by the deep, refreshing sweetness of honeydew. Roasted as an omni profile.
