This is a community micro-lot blend from multiple small-scale farmers in San Antonio and San Francisco, sourced via Osito. The coffee is a field blend of Typica, Bourbon and Mundo Novo varieties, grown at 1,500-1,700m altitude. It undergoes EA (Ethyl Acetate) decaffeination using sugarcane-derived solvent, with fermented washed processing. Cup profile features orange, treacle and toasted almond notes with citrus acidity and caramel sweetness. Cupping score: 84.
