Single-origin Colombian coffee from producer Adrián Imbachi at Finca El Mirador, in Palestina, Huila. The Bourbon Ají variety is washed processed and roasted to a profile with medium-low citric acidity, spicy and chocolate aroma, and a creamy body. In the cup it shows notes of carambola, raisins, chocolate, spice and pepper, with a sweet, spicy expression and a lingering peppery finish.
