Varieties include Lempira, Ihcafe 90, Catuai, and Parainema. The coffee is medium roasted with a full body, low acidity, and flavor notes of molasses, brown sugar, and dark chocolate. It is designed as a chocolate-forward, crowd-pleasing espresso with a syrupy finish, suitable both with milk and on its own.
