Baroque is a certified organic and Fair Trade medium-dark roast blend by Amavida Coffee Roasters. It is composed of Atgen, Catimor, Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra varieties grown at 1,000–1,900 meters elevation. The blend is described as dense, sweet, and creamy with a medium-low brightness and dense body. Three unique single-origin coffees are combined and roasted to allow extra caramelization while preserving vibrant flavors, creating a balanced coffee that works well both black and with milk or cream.
