Grown at 1000-1700m, the coffee is of the Pacas and Catuai varieties and offers tasting notes of chocolate, hazelnut and raisin. The cooperative is Fairtrade certified with 39 members registered organic, and focuses on sustainability including biogas from coffee waste water.
