El Salvador Los Nogales
Summary
Single estate coffee from Los Nogales farm in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, produced by the Salaverria family and exported by JASAL. The Catuai variety is grown at 1400-1600 masl and processed using the Black Honey method, which leaves most of the mucilage on the bean for deep sweetness. Tasting notes include bright orange zest, candied pecan and toasted almond sweetness, and a floral body of stone fruits. Works well as a pour over or espresso, with very little bitterness.
