Indonésia – Kintamani
Summary
A natural processed coffee from the Karana community of 377 smallholder farmers in the Kintamani region of Bali, Indonesia. Grown at 1200 meters above sea level, this lot features S795 and Kartika varieties. The cup is balanced with a light acidity reminiscent of green grape, floral notes, and a growing sweetness of maple and sultana, finishing long with a nutty sensation. The community employs sustainable practices including composting and shade trees.
