Honduras Corintio
Summary
Honduras Corintio is a single-origin coffee from the Corintio farm, part of La Joya Family Estates in Marcala, Montecillos, Honduras. Grown at 1700 meters above sea level, this Catuai variety undergoes a honey process with a 72-hour controlled fermentation and is dried on African beds for 25 days. The cup offers a red berry aroma with flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry and almond, a medium body, and a long, sweet, nutty aftertaste.
