Rwanda Shyira Natural Filter Single Origin
Summary
A natural processed coffee from smallholder farms in the Shyira region of Northern Rwanda. Handpicked and sun-dried on raised beds, it offers vibrant ripe strawberry and raspberry notes with a creamy sweetness of fresh cream and vanilla, balanced by a silky body and subtle tannic complexity. Brew as a filter, pour-over, or batch brew to highlight its layered fruit and clean, wine-like finish.
