Sidama Washed

Summary

A washed coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, produced by Daye Bensa in collaboration with local smallholder farmers. Grown at altitudes between 1,900 and 2,200 meters above sea level, the cherries were hand-sorted, fully washed, and dried on raised African beds. Flavour notes include Meyer lemon, black tea, and jasmine.
