Varieties include Ateng Super, Catimor, and Bourbon. Processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulled) method at 1200-1500m altitude. Medium roasted with a full body, light acidity, and flavour notes of cedar, sweet tobacco, spicy, chocolate, herbal, earthy, and woody with a wine and chocolate aftertaste.
