Summary
A single origin Arabica coffee from the Dolok Sanggul district of North Sumatra, Indonesia. Produced by smallholder farmers in collaboration with PT Musfaha Niaga Mandiri. Varieties include Ateng Super, Catimor, and Bourbon. Processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulled) method at 1200-1500m altitude. Medium roasted with a full body, light acidity, and flavour notes of cedar, sweet tobacco, spicy, chocolate, herbal, earthy, and woody with a wine and chocolate aftertaste.
