Summary

A single origin coffee from Guatemala, produced at Finca El Retiro del Quisaya. The farm was established 100 years ago by the Ortega family and recently sold to Arabigos del Sur. The coffee is of the Bourbon variety, grown at 1800m altitude, and processed using the Fully Washed method. Cherries are handpicked, pulped with an eco-pulper, fermented aerobically for 14 hours, washed, centrifuged, and sun-dried on patios for ten days. Cup score of 87.5.
