It features JARC 74110 and 74112 varieties cultivated at 1920-2020 meters above sea level, sourced from approximately 1,022 smallholder farmers. Cherries are dried on raised African beds for 16-25 days. Flavor notes include raspberry, orange, white tea, and jam, delivering a clean, sweet, and complex cup.
