The Mount Blend is a signature espresso blend sourced from family-run farms in Brazil, El Salvador, and Colombia. Processed using natural and semi-washed methods with a medium roast profile. The flavour profile features notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and red grapes. It has low acidity and subtle sweetness, making it ideal for espresso, flat whites, cappuccinos, and cafetiere brewing. The coffee is roasted in small batches in Brixton and has won a 3-star Great Taste award. Named after Mount Maunganui, the blend pays homage to the founder's late father.
