Summary

A single origin honey-processed coffee from Costa Rica, sourced from a cooperative of smallholder farmers in Santa Maria, Tarrazu. This cooperative was the first coffee processor in the world certified carbon neutral. The coffee has flavour notes of honey, peach and almond, with a milk chocolate body and silky mouthfeel. It has a medium to light roast profile and is recommended for filter brewing methods such as V60/pour over and cafetiere.
