Guatemala Hunapu is a single origin coffee from Antigua, Guatemala, produced in partnership with various small producers including fourth-generation farmer Luis Pedro Zelaya. Grown at 1500-1800 meters in volcanic soils, this Bourbon variety lot is processed using the washed method with a long, cool fermentation. Light roasted with a profile of red apple, lemon, and cacao, offering soft acidity and rounded sweetness.
