Summary
A single origin coffee from the Santa Maria farm in the Aranjuez region of Matagalpa, Nicaragua. The farm is owned by third-generation producer Victor Robelo, whose family has been growing coffee since 1937. The coffee is grown at 1400–1500 masl in a protected forest area under natural shade. The variety is Red & Yellow Catuai, processed using the natural method. The cup profile is sweet and fruit-forward with notes of plum, brown sugar, and cherry. The farm won the Cup of Excellence in 2017.
