Summary
A natural processed Ethiopian coffee from the Sidama region, grown at 1900-2000 meters above sea level by the Dukamo family. Varieties include 74110 and 74158. The Sleeping Bag Natural process yields a clean, sweet cup with notes of pear, ripe strawberry, and caramel. Roasted for espresso, it offers intense and smooth shots that also work well with milk.
