Summary

A light roast from the Dota Canton of San José Province, Costa Rica, grown by ten smallholder farmers in the El Vapor micro-region organized around CoopeDota, at over 1,800 meters above sea level. The coffee is naturally processed, dried in the sun on raised beds inside the whole cherry, and comprises the Catuai and Caturra varieties. Tasting notes of berries, jam and hard candy reflect its fruit-forward character.
