Summary
A specialty coffee from the Cerrado Mineiro region in Patrocinio, Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown on farms in the crater of the dormant Chapadão de Ferro volcano at 1260 meters above sea level. The coffee is naturally processed, dried on patios in the Brazilian sun, and packed in Grain Pro for transport. It offers a full body, balanced sweetness, low acidity, and notes of roasted nuts, dessert chocolate, cashew, cocoa, caramel, and citrus fruits with a long chocolate finish. Varieties include Mundo Novo and Paraiso MG.
