Summary
A limited edition single-origin coffee from Nicaragua's Nueva Segovia region. Grown at 1450-1550 meters above sea level on the Las Naranjas farm. Cultivated by sisters Ana and Martha Albir Sotomayor. The coffee is a washed Red & Yellow Catuai variety, processed with careful handpicking, floating, fermentation for 18-24 hours, and drying on raised African beds. Medium roast profile offering tasting notes of apricot, chocolate, and caramel. Suitable for espresso, filter, and milk-based brews. Grown using shade-grown and eco-friendly farming practices.
