Peru Dreyde Perez Geisha
Summary
A Geisha from Finca La Ponderosa, Dreyde Pérez Delgado's farm in Chontalí, Jaén, Cajamarca, Peru, grown at nearly 1,960 masl. The lot was split into two batches, 50% fermented anaerobically for 120 hours and 50% for 180 hours in sealed tanks with coffee mosto, creating a dual anaerobic fermentation, then dried for 12 to 15 days. The cup is elegant and floral with bergamot, white peony, plum and dark cherry acidity, panela sweetness, tropical fruit and raspberry, and a smooth, velvety texture.
